HARD ENAMEL
Very similar production to traditional cloisonné
except that a special resin is utilized to provide colors.
This allows the ability to match all colors. This process
also does not require an epoxy dome for protection as
the surface is hand polished to the same level as the
raised metal. Recommended for best quality for small
details. Metal borders trap each color.
SOFT
ENAMEL
This process uses a die-struck metal the same thickness
as used for hard enamel. The same recessed areas with
metal borders are hand color filled with soft enamel
resin then baked to harden. The surface has recessed
areas and epoxy domes can be added to protect and finish
the surface color. Color matching is available.
